Alumni Spotlight: Kaveeta Parmar
Panchal '10, Ensuite Collection
A Conversation with Kaveeta Parmar Panchal '10
June 15, 2026
We are excited to feature Kaveeta Parmar Panchal ’10, a WORX Partner whose career spans business operations, human resources, and entrepreneurship. With experience at Verizon, Twitter, and Gartner, Kaveeta now brings her expertise to Ensuite Collection, where she helps streamline operations and strengthen organizational efficiency.
From Curiousity to Career: Building Operational Excellence
I grew up in an entrepreneurial family, so when an opportunity arose for my husband, Chirag Panchal, to start his own company, I encouraged him to take the leap. Four years later, I joined him full-time.
Her early experiences at large, fast-paced companies helped her build the tools she now uses to support and scale business operations at Ensuite Collection, translating corporate best practices into entrepreneurial environments.
Through WORX, Kaveeta plays an active role in helping rising seniors at ESD gain meaningful exposure to professional environments.
Why WORX: Exposure that Changes Perspective
Kaveeta is clear about what drew her to the WORX program: impact at an early stage.
I wish WORX had existed when I was at ESD,” she says. “It’s a wonderful opportunity for students to gain exposure to careers they may be interested in pursuing. Experiencing a few weeks in a professional setting can help students determine whether a field is the right fit for them—or whether they want to explore something different.
She emphasizes that these early experiences can prevent the uncertainty many students face later in college or early in their careers, when pivots can become more complex.
What Makes a Strong Intern
For Kaveeta, curiosity is the defining trait of an exceptional intern.
You are often surrounded by accomplished professionals who were once in your shoes, so ask questions and learn from their experiences,” she explains. “Take the initiative to connect with people across the organization and learn about their career journeys.
The most memorable interns are not necessarily those with all the answers, but those who are engaged, observant, and willing to learn from every interaction.
Internship Scope: From Research to Creative Storytelling
WORX interns working with Kaveeta’s team have contributed to a range of real-world projects, including market research on industry trends, social media content development, and writing articles on travel destinations and emerging lifestyle trends.
She notes that students are often especially drawn to the creative side of the work, particularly opportunities to write and shape narratives around travel and consumer experiences.
Advice for Students: Build Foundations Early
For students beginning to think about their future careers, Kaveeta encourages intentional exploration and strong early experiences.
Look for a company and role that offers in-person collaboration and a strong training program for new graduates,” she advises. “Early exposure to experienced colleagues and structured learning opportunities can help build a strong foundation for your career.
She also stresses the importance of conversations: speaking with professionals across different fields to better understand day-to-day work and long-term possibilities.
A Lesson that Lasts Beyond the Internship
One of the most important takeaways Kaveeta hopes interns carry forward is the value of relationships.
Just because an internship ends doesn’t mean the relationships you've built are over,” she says. “Stay in touch with your mentors and colleagues—they will appreciate hearing from you, and those relationships can continue to support your growth long after the internship concludes.
Roots at ESD
Kaveeta reflects fondly on her time at ESD, especially the teachers who helped shape both her academic interests and her personal growth.
She recalls Ms. Janis Hefley’s photography classes as a defining experience, noting the value of having a teacher who witnessed her development over all four years of high school. She also credits Mr. Peter Lutken for making history engaging and memorable—from classroom learning to Wolf Run trips and chapel talks that left a lasting impression.
Closing Reflection
Every WORX partner brings a unique perspective shaped by experience, curiosity, and a willingness to invest in the next generation. Through her work with interns, Kaveeta Parmar Panchal continues that tradition—helping students explore careers with openness, confidence, and curiosity as they begin shaping their own paths forward.
