Senior Buddy Twin Day

Student Author: Jamie Henderson '25

My senior buddies are so sweet and so much fun. I always look forward to seeing them. Today on twin day it was exciting to be dressed alike and I learned a lot about friendship too. What an amazing tradition that I got to be a part of.

2017 Fiesta - Making History!

Student Author: Lily Grace Hoodis '20

Last Friday, ESD hosted the fourth annual Fiesta Friday before the varsity football game. The Fiesta was so fun because the Lower, Middle and Upper school were all in the same place to celebrate. It was also a very exciting night because announcements regarding the Lower School moving onto the Middle and Upper School campus were made! Over 2,000 parents, students, alumni, alumni parents, teachers, staff, grandparents, and friends were on hand to commend the special occasion. We are lucky to have the Parents' Association who helped put the event together and for the 400 students, teachers, staff, and volunteers who made the pregame show one for the books! Clark the Eagle also made a special appearance!

ESD students and alum join together for Hurricane Harvey relief

Student Author: Story Langston '19

ESD high school, middle school and lower school students, as well as alumni, came together with members from Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church to create meal bags which will be donated to the people affected by Hurricane Harvey. Hosted in our very own dining commons, hundreds of thousands of bags were made over the span of 4 hours. The bags consisted of noodles, tomato sauce packets, and soy protein that boils in the water so the meal is filling and nutritious.
