What's your favorite class or project?
What was your favorite subject in school?
What's your favorite spot on campus?
"Depends on the time of year! Fall - everywhere we ride a mountain bike. Winter - anywhere there is a fireplace with a fire in it. Spring - the softball field!"
What's your favorite candy or sweet treat?
Did you always know you wanted to be a teacher?
"No. I thought I wanted to be a lawyer. But then one day in the summer between my sophomore and junior of college, I was in the lobby of a law firm and saw lawyers running in and out. It was literally a front-row seat to the rat race. I started my PE major that fall, and the rest is history!"
"My favorite movie is Mary Poppins."
"I love to be active. Hiking, walking, riding, playing, projects around the house - use it or lose it! I think this is the key to a happy life!"
What do you love about ESD?
"The relationships I have developed with so many teachers and students. I think of all of them as members of my family."
What's 1 tip you would give to students?
"Appreciate your teachers - even the ones who are hard on you. They really do care about you and want you to be successful in life."
