"Although it is exhausting, I love the sixth grade Washington D.C. trip. Every year is unique and getting to experience D.C. with my students is a true joy."

"History, of course"

"The Quarry"

"SweeTarts and Take5"

Did you always know you wanted to be a teacher?

"No, I had planned on going to law school, but after student teaching eigth-grade U.S. history, I knew I had found my calling."

What's a fun fact about you?

"I have two rescue dogs (Trudy and Truman), each one has just one eye."

What's your hobby?

"Travel, Playing golf, Family Genealogy"

What do you love most about ESD?

"The ESD community and the love and support it provides."

What is one tip you would give to students?

"Quit worrying about the grade and instead focus on your progress and improvement."
