The Campaign for The Episcopal School of Dallas – Together, We Will

At the close of the 2019-2020 academic year, the Upper School Student Council thoughtfully contributed funds raised by the council to three important projects: The Lower School, the school’s New Furniture Fund, and to Endowment, a key focus of the current campaign. 

The funds for endowment were used to create The ESD Student Council Endowment Fund – Est. 2020. This fund will generate unrestricted support for the school annually and in perpetuity – leaving a legacy for generations of Eagles to follow.

Upper School Spanish Teacher and former Student Council Advisor Marcela Garcini shared, “I had the pleasure, and honor, to guide and work together with a powerful group of young leaders who love ESD. Their main goal is to make ESD an inclusive place filled with a positive and energetic spirit. The Executive Board, along with the entire council, decided to donate money raised over the past several years to benefit multiple projects in our community.” 

Five-months remain in the school’s current campaign. Having raised over $70-million on the way to a goal of $75-million – this campaign included fully funding the new lower school, adding significantly to the ESD Endowment Trust, while building and sustaining annual giving.
