Congratulations to Cindy Lin '25 for bringing home the silver in the inaugural Girls Texas Prep Wrestling Championships. The event was hosted at McKinney Christian Academy on Saturday, February 4, 2023. ESD's team finished fifth overall.

Lin is the first Eagle to medal at the state level in girls' wrestling. Coach Kwinten Brown attributes Cindy's success to her work ethic.

"Cindy's greatest strength is her toughness; she never gives up," said Coach Brown. "This past weekend, Cindy put the hard work she has put into wrestling on display by earning a silver medal at the girls' prep state tournament."
