Congratulations to the 10 ESD juniors and seniors named to the 2022 National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) High School National Academic Squad earlier this month. This program recognizes seniors and juniors who have achieved a minimum cumulative, unweighted grade-point average of 3.50 out of 4.0 through the first quarter/semester of the 2022-23 school year and were nominated by their NFHCA member coach. Earning this honor are Addie Click '24, Libby Cuccia '24, Katherine Phillips '24, Caroline Ragan '23, Amelia Sinwell '23, and Alex Warner '23. Four Eagles earned additional recognition as Scholars of Distinction for achieving a minimum cumulative, unweighted GPA of 3.9 out of 4.0. They are Camryn Kowalewski '23, Ava Loftus '24, Elliot Lovitt '24, and Charlotte Tomlin '24. Well done, Eagles!
NFHCA’s mission is to champion, strengthen, and celebrate field hockey coaches and the game. This year, they recognized more than 2,650 for their achievements in the classroom.
