| November 10 - Launch of Campus Safety Alert System | ||

ESD is proud to launch the Centegix Crisis Alert System, a discreet safety tool for faculty and staff that enables immediate on-campus assistance in any emergency. The new system is simple, non-invasive, and part of the school’s broader effort to ensure that every student and employee continues to feel safe and supported. The Centegix badge will be worn by all faculty and staff members, allowing them to immediately call for emergency help and dispatch the closest emergency responders. We hope you will join us on January 28 at 6:00 p.m. at the Community Meeting for more information on Centegix. |

Pondering Purpose and Impact
Our ninth graders heard from several local nonprofits during their Special Programming Day last month, then reflected on the connections between their values and interests and the impact of their community service. The majority of ninth graders reported that hands-on service projects, projects they believe in, and projects that fit their strengths provide the greatest opportunity for them to impact their community.
Pause and Ponder: Increasing the Impact of Community Service
- For younger children: What do you like to do? What are you good at doing? How can you use these skills to help others?
- For older children, teenagers, and adults: What type of service do you enjoy participating in? Which service organizations do you admire and believe make a difference in our community? How can you seek out opportunities to serve that support these organizations and reflect your interests and strengths?
