The Uniform Resale Shop will be open from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 8. It is now located at 4036 Montwood Lane (please enter through the driveway). |

Please join us at the first Community Meeting of the year as school leadership shares an update on our campus master planning process that is currently underway. Meet the architects selected to partner with us in the master planning endeavor and take part in an engagement activity focused on envisioning the future of our facilities and campus environment.

October 16 - Eagles Real Estate Club | ||
Established in 2021, the Eagles Real Estate Club hosts quarterly meetings to connect ESD alumni and parents working in the real estate industry. Hosted by Emma Cabrales ‘18, Trey Scardino ’16, Stephen Swann ’93 P’24, ’27, and ’29, and Libby Laughlin Wood ‘15, the goal of the club is to bring together the ESD community for networking and future business opportunities. Join the club for their October networking breakfast on Thursday, October 16, from 7:30 - 9:00 a.m. in the North Dining Room in the Daryl Johnston Family Dining Commons at ESD. The club is pleased to feature Vijay Mehra ’00, Founder & CEO of Lenderbox, as its keynote speaker. He will present on the impact of AI on the commercial real estate market. |

Pondering Purpose and Impact
Our ESDistinction Network Coordinators will guide Middle School students as they tackle real-world challenges related to our curriculum networks during their Flex periods. These conversations and workshops will continue over the next few months, starting on October 6. Stay tuned for more information!
Pause and Ponder: How Your Interests Ignite Your Purpose
- For younger children: What job would you like to try out when you get older? What do you know about this job, and why does it interest you?
- For older children, teenagers, and adults: What are some jobs that might fit your interests and strengths? What opportunities exist for mentoring and job shadowing that provide a window into different careers that fit your interests?
