Global Night: Join Us on Nov 6
Please join us for an exciting event exploring the global experiences and curriculum provided by ESD and its partner programs. Learn not only how these opportunities broaden students’ minds and perspectives, but also how students thereby gain a strong sense of self, connect to others, and find a sense of belonging and purpose through active contribution. These transformative learning experiences allow each student to develop individual competence as a change-maker while playing a significant role in an experience larger than the self.
Wednesday, November 6
ESD Study Commons
6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Much of the content is focused for parents of students 7th-12th grade, but all are welcome to attend.
Light refreshments will be provided starting at 5:45 p.m.
It is when we let kids learn with their hearts as well as their minds that they deeply understand their place in the world -- and what they can do to make a meaningful impact on it. The added bonus? You’ll probably see their resilience rise as a result.
Featured programs this evening will include:
The Spanish Service Learning Project featuring Alan Benitez '20, Charlotte Clark '21, Jesus DeSantigo '20, Reid Moorman '22, and Cleo Neuhoff '21
