Matt Peal Named Head of Upper School
In a letter Thursday, March 9, 2023, Head of School Dave Baad announced Matt Peal as ESD's next Clark Family Head of Upper School. Mr. Peal is currently a Head of Upper School in North Carolina and began his career as an AP US and World History teacher and has also coached baseball and football. He has extensive experience and expertise in both curriculum development and student life programming. Learn more about Mr. Peal here.
Thad Lepcio Named Director of Athletics
In a letter Tuesday, March 21, 2023, Head of School Dave Baad announced Thad Lepcio as ESD's next Director of Athletics. Mr. Lepcio is currently Director of Athletics at the Peddie School in Hightstown, New Jersey. Throughout his career he has also served as a Latin teacher, boys and girls golf program coach, and faculty liaison to the student-run Honor Council. Learn more about Mr. Lepcio here.
