This course focuses on some of the most important works from Spain, Latin America, and the U.S., from the Middle Ages to the present. Through critical reading and analysis of each work’s historical, cultural, and sociopolitical context, students will gain insight into the various cultures represented, and will make connections with their own culture. This course is conducted entirely in Spanish and will prepare students to take the AP Spanish Literature and Culture exam in May.
