MS Fine ArtsIn accordance with the Mission Statement, the Fine Arts Department provides an environment for an increased understanding of self, artistic and creative talents, and our relationship to other people and the world. In the fifth and sixth grades, students choose quarter rotations. Seventh and eighth graders select trimester rotations.
- Art (Visual)
Middle School Visual Arts classes are offered to fifth, sixth, seventh,
and eighth grade students. The emphasis for this curriculum is on the

This course is organized into four different grade levels allowing students to experience different types of musical instruments starting with the guitar in fifth grade. Read More >
- Choir
Middle School Choir is a performance-oriented class that primarily
focuses on developing in the individual student an appreciation of
music by having the students work together in an ensemble atmosphere. Read More >
- Communications
The sixth-grade course is designed for students who want to develop
their speaking skills that are used in various broadcast situations,
such as the interview process, demonstration speeches, advertising, and

- Sculpture
These courses are designed for 7th and 8th grade students who want to
learn how to create three-dimensional artwork in geometric, organic,

- Theatre
There is a wide span of studies offered for Middle School Theatre
students. In fifth grade, the focus is pantomime, with the emphasis on
